Third-party services
Google Maps connects to Google when its embedded map loads. Google Analytics starts only after permission is saved and verified; withdrawal immediately disables it on this page, attempts to save refusal and clear accessible GA cookies, and cannot recall earlier requests. Failed saves are reported. Weather and optional marine model data are fetched at build time, without requesting your device location. This static snapshot does not refresh in your browser. Cloudflare hosting may process connection data or inject a performance beacon separately; the GA choice does not control hosting measurement. Script presence alone does not prove delivery. External providers apply their own policies.

Where applicable laws such as GDPR or similar rules apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to complain to a competent regulator.
Storage and security
There is no intent to keep more information than needed. Cookie preferences in the browser are kept in local storage on your device. No method on the internet is fully secure, so reasonable technical care is taken.
